edamame, corn, cranberry and mozzeralla salad
1 cup frozen corn, thawed 1 cup shelled edamame 1\2 cup dried cranberries 1\4 cup diced red onion 1 cup fresh mozzarella (packed in oil, sliced in halves) 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze 1 tablespoon olive oil cracked sea salt/pepper Place in a large bowl, blend together. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
