edamame, corn, cranberry and mozzeralla salad

  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1\2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1\4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella  (packed in oil, sliced in halves)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cracked sea salt/pepper

Place in a large bowl, blend together.  Serve immediately or refrigerate.
