- 1 package Jiffy cornbread (make according to package)
- 1 jalapeno diced
- sliced cheddar (or jack) cheese cut into small pieces
Prep your jalapeno and add into your cornbread mix
place your cubes into the center of your muffins and bake according to the package.
*Tip – I like to replace the egg with two tablespoons of sour cream. It changes the texture of the muffins to make them a tad more crumbly rather than cake-like.
